PA in Rice

There has been a considerable amount of PA work conducted in the rice industry, in particular:
• aerial crop imaging;
• managing crop effects from laser guided landlevelling; and
• variable rate nitrogen application.
PA in rice production in Nigeria is on the verge of rapid adoption and now is the time to consolidate past experiences and build a framework for the successful implementation of PA by the wider industry.
